For over a decade, BioMed Realty has been working to help make Kendall Square a special community for residents and small businesses alike. Now, with the introduction of Canal District Kendall, we are excited to announce an exciting arts and culture centerpiece at 585 Third Street. We are once again asking for your input in helping this arts and cultural center take shape.

585 Third Street is a unique opportunity to link together the amenities (open space & restaurants,), activities (ice skating & kayaking), and events (farmer’s markets & concerts) into a home for the arts and culture in Cambridge. We want to create a destination where all Cambridge residents feel welcome.

We are hosting a second Open House to discuss the future of the Canal District, Kendall Square, and 585 Third Street- especially what type of arts and cultural uses are most exciting for this space. For those who couldn’t attend our first Open House, this is your chance to add your ideas and suggestions as we plan the future of 585 Third Street together. All are welcome!
