CommonWealth Kitchen launched the retail spot last year to give members of our food business incubator a way to test out running their own take-out restaurant. Every six months, a new member business takes over the restaurant, providing a fresh culinary experience to Kendall Square residents and workers in the neighborhood. Bibim Box will be the third CommonWealth Kitchen member business to pop up in this space following the lead of The Dining Car and Jamaica Mi Hungry.
