This classes focuses on all major muscle groups and is designed to strengthen and condition the entire body. Particular attention is paid to form and safety to ensure that each participant gets a great workout regardless of fitness level or age. This all-level class is designed to be the ultimate team building experience, blending effective workouts and fun games.
