Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates and functional movement, these classes are designed so anyone can participate, regardless of their age, fitness level, or physical limitations. The core is the central part of the the body, and strengthening it helps to prevent injuries. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, as well as enhance mental awareness.
