This class is crafted for all ages and abilities to connect to breath via calming movementfrom a chair to start. We will build warmth and anatomical awareness as we embodymovement inspired by the earth’s elements. There will be options to leave the chair and moveon all levels by the end, or participants have the option to remain seated throughout.Modifications are encouraged to honor one’s own body. Sanitized therabands will be providedfor in person participants. Those joining virtually are encouraged to use an exercise band orpair of old leggings/ tights they may have at home. Those joining remotely are also welcomedto use hand weights (2 lbs- 10 lbs.) if they would like to add that effort to the class offering.
