The Open Kitchens Project is an online marketplace for pop-up dinner salon events introducing immigrant chef startups and innovative conversation curators in cool venues, like homes or cafes. They coach immigrant chefs to launch their own food startup and innovative artists, writers, activists, leaders and entrepreneurs to ask meaningful questions as a way to expand minds and community. Rachel from the Freedom Through Art Collective, a non-profit that promotes art created by incarcerated artists, will invite participants into conversation about justice and redemption.
