Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement and breath. In this 50 minute flow, Amber will gently guide you through the postures, building strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is open to all levels, and you should feel free to modify according to your own abilities. Mute your microphone, and put your favorite music on!
