Skate @ Canal District Kendall kicks off season with Nancy Kerrigan

Back for the 13th year, Skate @ Canal District Kendall and Joy Skate Productions kicked off the skate season with the 13th Annual Kendall Square Holiday on Ice.  On Saturday, December 21, at 2pm a large crowd celebrated the 13th year of Ice skating in Kendall Square. The show featured original numbers as well as local and international competitors and world class professional skaters led by Olympic silver medalist Nancy Kerrigan. The festivities began at 11am with free admission all day. The skating performance began promptly at 2pm. The crowed joined the performers on the ice after and skated with the stars.
