Experience this earthy and sensual dance, and get a light cardio workout and all-over body toning. Learn or sharpen traditional Belly Dance movements from fiery hip-locks and shimmies, to slow serpentine undulations. Discover Egyptian, Cabaret, and Turkish style movements and fun combinations. Develop poise, and gain a more graceful and fluid body. Each class, will build on the next, working on technique, choreography, and improvisation. Each sessions will cover new movements and combinations. This multi-level class is suitable for adults and teens in moderate physical condition. All genders welcome. Intermediate/advanced level students will be guided to add double/triple locks and layer shimmies on movements.
